Installation involves wrapping the belt in a spiral around the roller, securing with glue and tightening the ends with clamps or screws.

PERASON fabric rollers have many different surface types, suitable for guiding many types of fabrics. They have excellent abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, dimensional stability, resistance to elongation and delamination, and durable performance.

The tape is coated with silicone to adhere to smooth surfaces and resist adhesives, such as ink. It sticks together without the need for adhesives. Fiberglass fabric tape can withstand higher temperatures than rayon fabric tape. Maximum working temperature is 230℃. Smooth surface – The tape has a smooth surface for excellent adhesion. Textured surface – The tape has a textured surface that provides moderate grip for easier removal.
